
In 2010 SWKA were awarded a Grant by the Sports Council Wales which was to go towards training and safety courses. Following some hard work by Ed in organising the course it finally took place on Saturday 5th March at Mumbles inshore RNLI Station. The course was presented by the coxswain of the station. This course was fully funded from the Grant which is one of the benefits available to Members of South Wales Kayak Anglers. Members who took part in the course are from (L to R) Darren(Cobra),Leon,Mick Dundee,Adie(Fishhunter),Ed(Floydyboy), Rich(Legend), Deano,Steve(Valleybuoy)Ryland,Tommy and Steveo.
